Furniture related FAQs:

Can I come and see the furniture before buying?
Our business is completely online and we do not display our products in any showrooms or at our office address.

What is your delivery time?
Delivery time will alter from design to design. It can vary from 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and the distance between origin city and destination city. Every order is freshly made.

How do we know the authenticity of the materials used?
It is our vision to build our reputation on the quality of every product we design. We consider ourselves a design house providing premium designs and products with the highest level of quality and authenticity of the materials used.

Most Important – Each of our designs shall come with our seal of authenticity represented by a logo at an inconspicuous place on the design. We would request you to check for the logo at the time of delivery.

How do I know how many items of each design are available in your inventory?
Under the ‘Designer Furniture’ collection each order post purchase is built from scratch. The product delivered to you is freshly made. We do not hold inventory and we do not stock any of these designs.

The designs in the ‘Limited Edition’ collection have an exclusivity quotient to them. We shall be making limited stocks of each of these designs.

To which cities do you deliver?
We deliver across India.

Do you have COD option available for Furniture?
No, not as of now.

If a piece delivered to me is damaged, what happens?
We have highly specialized quality control measures that ensure that the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. Please ensure that you check the product in detail to your satisfaction. If upon delivery of the product, you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify us at contactus@kanikakush.com. Our team will assess the damage and revert within 1-2 days with a solution. We will take suitable corrective measures to solve the problem which also includes the possibility of a replacement if need be, but the replacement shall be built from scratch, so the time for delivery shall be the same as the earlier purchased product if the replacement product chosen is the same.

Most Important – No two pieces (even of the same design) can be exactly the same, as they are freshly handcrafted from scratch post purchase.

Will your delivery staff assemble the product at the point of delivery?
None of our designs need assembling at the time of delivery. All our designs are shipped as they look on our website. We shall help place the product wherever you ask us to at the point of delivery. If at all, any of our products need to be assembled, they can be easily done by your local carpenter.

What if I am not at home when my package arrives?
Our Shipping Company will normally call you before arriving at your address. In rare cases if they are not able to find you at your address, when they reach they will leave a notice / message at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement.

How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
We kindly ask you to email us on contactus@kanikakush.com, Monday-Saturday (1030am – 7pm). We will try our best to help you with the change of address.

My order has been shipped, however I have not received my order.
It takes between 1 week to 2 weeks from the date of shipment for the order to be delivered at your doorstep if you are in a city outside of Delhi/NCR. For customers in Delhi NCR, the delivery time can be between 1 day to 3 days from the date of shipment. Usually packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery timeline, please allow an additional day or two for the order to be delivered. Please feel free to contact us on email and we will ensure that your order reaches you.

Can I cancel an order?
Cancellations can be made only in the first 24 hours from the time the payment reaches us. Beyond the first 24 hours from the time your payment reaches us, no cancellations are allowed.

Can I ask for a refund?
Once the payment has been made and the funds have reached us, refunds can be made in the first 24 hours only. Beyond the first 24 hours from the time your payment reaches us, no refunds are allowed.

Can I get in touch with you for personalized furniture for my home/restaurant/hotel/commercial establishments?
Yes, you can email us for customized designs of furniture at design@kanikakush.com. We will be charging you a design consultation fee for the same. We would be happy to serve you in this regard.

Is all the Art on your site original and made by Kanika Kush herself?
Yes, all the Art pieces are original. You can buy them as copies as well.

What is your delivery time?
Delivery time for all Art shall be anytime between 5 – 7 days, depending on the distance of destination from origin and prevailing weather conditions.

How do we know that no one else has the original Art?
Once the original Art is sold out, that particular Art piece shall have a stamp saying ‘Sold Out’ on the site, and it will not be purchasable.

To which cities do you deliver?
We deliver across India.

Do you have COD option available for Art?

Yes, only in simple White or Black Frames. Dimensions of 14″ x 18″. The prices on the site include the framing charges.
