All the Art is a copy of the original made by Kanika Kush herself.
Delivery time for all collectibles - 7 -10 days, depending on the distance of destination from origin and prevailing weather conditions. Delivery time for all original Art, Framed Art and Art Prints shall be - 5 - 7 days, depending on the distance of destination from origin and prevailing weather conditions. Delivery time for furniture pieces will alter from design to design. It can vary from 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and the distance between origin city and destination city. Every order is freshly made.
We deliver across India and Internationally too. For furniture, currently, we deliver only in India.
We have highly specialized quality control measures that ensure that the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. Please ensure that you check the product in detail to your satisfaction. If upon delivery of the product, you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify us at info@kanikakush.com. Our team will assess the damage and revert within 1-2 days with a solution. We will take suitable corrective measures to solve the problem which also includes the possibility of a replacement if need be, but the replacement shall be a different Art piece from our inventory of original Art, so the time for delivery shall be the same as the earlier purchased product.
Our shipping company will normally call you before arriving at your address. In rare cases, if they are not able to find you at your address when they reach they will leave a notice/message at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement.

It takes between 5-7 days for non-furniture items from the date of shipment for the order to be delivered at your doorstep across India. For customers in Delhi NCR, the delivery time can be between 3 days to 5 days from the date of shipment. Usually, packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery timeline, please allow an additional day or two for the order to be delivered. Please feel free to contact us on email and we will ensure that your order reaches you.
Cancellations can be made only in the first 24 hours from the time the payment reaches us. We shall start fulfilling the order as soon as the first 24 hours are complete after the payment reaches us. When the fulfillment starts after the first 24 hours from placing the order, no cancellations are allowed.
Once the payment has been made and the funds have reached us, refunds can be made in the first 24 hours only. Beyond the first 24 hours from the time your payment reaches us, no refunds are allowed.

Yes, only in simple White or Black Frames. The prices on the site include the framing charges.

None of our furniture designs need assembling at the time of delivery. All our designs are shipped as they look on our website. We shall help place the product wherever you ask us to at the point of delivery. If at all, any of our products need to be assembled, they can be easily done by your local carpenter.

Most Important - No two pieces (even of the same design) can be exactly the same, as they are freshly handcrafted from scratch post purchase.
